1. Digital Services Refunds

Since ARCA CTR LTD provides digital services (chatbot subscriptions, AI solutions, software access):

  • All sales are final once the service is activated.
  • Refunds may only be considered if there is a technical issue preventing service usage or if the service was not delivered as promised.
  • Minor issues, such as learning curves or user errors, are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at admin@arcactr.com within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Provide your purchase details (invoice number, date, and email used).
  3. Describe the reason for the refund request clearly.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Approval

Refunds are granted at ARCA CTR LTD’s discretion based on the evaluation of your case. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Canceling will stop future billing, but already-paid amounts are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds for partial use are only considered in exceptional cases, as mentioned above.
